He is very professional and kind. He went the extra step for me. Honda is lucky to have him. This is the second time I worked with him. Today when asked if I had someone in mind to help me, I asked for Joseph and was glad I did.
Payed $298.60 for them not to fix anything. I asked them to check why my sensors were on, even tire pressure sensors are on and pressure is fine when I check manually. Horrible service. Don’t come here. Waste of money for them to do NOTHING with my car. Not even a car wash or a “have a great rest of your day”. SCAM

The check in process not cohesive. I had an appointment but was not seen for 30 minutes while other vehicles who came after me were serviced first. I had to ask the staff if someone was coming to properly check me in because it seemed as if they forgot I was sitting in the car waiting for an agent. When a staff member finally came, the process was smooth. I was also disappointed that my agent didn’t review the summary of my car health status with me especially with many categories marked as urgent. I had to review the information on my phone and go back to the agent to ask why these weren’t discussed with me. Some of the information marked as urgent was incorrect but was only fixed because I asked the staff for further clarification.
I have been a Norm Reeves of Cerritos customer for over 35 years and have bought virtually 8 to 10 Hondas and will always drive a Honda. All of my cars have been serviced one time or another by Norm Reeves or another Honda dealership in the area.

I called at 1:20 pm for an oil change and to my surprise I was given an appointment at 3 pm, so I took it…yay! Because traffic was good, I arrived early and got right in.

Bad Everytime I go to service every person who helps me is really rude and Ramiro Monte’s was really rude because I was explaining what’s wrong and he gave me attitude and talked back rudely and this is not my first time this has happened I want to be treated better and nicer I would want someone who actually cares about what’s wrong with the vehicle and one of your technicians yellow marker exploded in the engine bay and left it like that for it to harden up and didn’t tell me anything or clean it up and there is the plastic wrap inside the engine filter like they just left it in there.
I was 20 minutes late and still accommodated quickly and efficiently. Oscar was friendly, helpful, thorough. I appreciate great customer service and care. Thank you!
