Oscar Ortega was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He responds well with my messages and returning my calls in a timely manner. I will definitely ask for Mr. Oscar Ortega again on my next maintenance/repair visit in the future. He is an asset to the company.
I honestly felt like Manny Sanchez could have put in more effort in explaining the additional services that needed to be done with my car , he took shortcuts and just asks if I needed any maintenance done and that was it , I didn’t realize I needed a transmission fluid change , fuel induction/throttle body service and etc, he did mention there was additional recalls on my Honda but it wasn’t a recall , because if I wanted the service done that day I would have paid out of pocket since my warranty expired. And when I got the car back , he didn’t mention anything about what was done and what didn’t get done, he just gave me my documents and said it was done. he said they would check my ac compressor for any leaks , but according the the documents, they didn’t even inspect at all. That was pretty disappointing only because I had better customer service from another service advisor. Also when I was trying to locate Manny because he kept leaving his post , the people working inside didn’t really care to help me find him. I had more questions to ask about the services since he didn’t explain anything really.
I had a B1 Service today. I found out I could wait , instead of have overnight service and sit would be about an hour. So I waited. Michael was correct, the waiting time was nearly an hour. Great!
I drove away, towards our house, one mile. About halfway to our house, I noticed the piece of rubber sealing, holding the driver’s side window in place was flapping in the wind!! I had never encountered this happening with any of my multiple new / used Honda vehicles! So I brought it back to Norm Reeves. After talking with Miguel and Michael I was assured this was a Norm Reeves issue, as the window was open when I picked up my van after it was serviced today. This window was fully functional and the rubber piece was in place on the van when I brought it to be serviced today.
So, the plan is to bring in my Honda Odyssey right away tomorrow morning (Friday) for a replacement of the rubber stripping.
I appreciate you asking me why I am not satisfied.
Michael was very competent, and congenial. This mishap was handled professionally, and hopefully thoroughly.

The check-in process was chaotic and we got overlooked for sometime even with an appointment, but Ruben took the initiative and handle things.
And on top of fixing the recall item we brought our vehicle in for the technician also found another issue related to the A/C and repairs were made. That seemed to be over the top.
