This has been a busy month for taking care of my 2022 Honda Civic. I'm very grateful to have such a great team at Honda Superstore of Cerritos. My service advisor Julie Canales has provided excellent customer service and helped me get a cracked windshield replaced, a transmission pan and intermediate shaft bearing leak repaired and four new tires all in few perfect visits.Thank you very much for the excellent service center and service advisors that strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction. I'm very happy with the appointments I get, with the speed of the repairs, and the successful results for my visits.

I took my car there because there was a noise coming from the rear suspension or the rear brakes. I spoke with Joseph and explained the situation. I spent nearly four hours at the dealership waiting for my car to be fixed. In the end, when I got back in my car, I still heard the noise. I told Joseph about it, and he said it was due to a space between the brake components and that the noise was normal. After that, I got into a few other cars of the same model, a 2024 Honda CR-V, and none of them had this noise. I was very disappointed that Joseph and his team couldn’t diagnose the issue with my car. When I accelerate, there is a very loud noise from the back of my car, and they couldn’t fix it. Even though I live in Woodland Hills and there’s a Honda dealership near me, I chose to come to Irvine to show my car to you because I believed you were a great company. But Joseph couldn’t diagnose the issue, and his behavior was very poor.”

In my opinion, Joseph doesn’t really know his job well. I’ve brought my car there about two times because it was making a noise in the back, and no matter how much I explained it to him, he didn’t give me any response. He said he would show it to his technicians and ask them to fix it. After taking my car back, I still heard the noise, so I went back to Joseph and asked if it had been fixed. He again told me he didn’t know, that there probably wasn’t any problem, but I still heard the noise. Also, his behavior with customers is very poor; he speaks so seriously, as if you have no right to tell him what’s right or wrong. Whatever he says seems to be the final word, and I don’t know what he thinks of himself, but he acts like a strong person and doesn’t allow customers to speak their mind. Everything he says is taken as correct. Because of this issue, I really don’t want to take my car there anymore. I prefer to go to a dealership that’s closer to my home. I actually live in Woodland Hills, and I was taking my car to Irvine for maintenance because I liked that dealership, but because of this person, I no longer want to take my car there.
