Ramiro Montes is not a service technician but he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my rear door lock when it was not working properly. He gave me a quote and was able to fix the issue. Completely satisfied with his knowledge and customer service skills.

Somebody messed up; we waited for about 30 mins or so in the car to be seen by an advisor fir initial assessment; not okay; first time this ever happened & hooefully the last.
Trevor saved the day, he apologized when we he learned about what happened. He was courteous and prompt and had the service done earlier than expected!

Julie is the most caring, experience and kind employee!!! She explains what is needed urgently and what is able to be put off until next visit.
