George the service manager was awesome. I went stop by chatted with Frank Wong about something and he was awesome. I also stopped by and asked a couple questions to Albert my sales guy and he was awesome. There's a reason that Norm Reeves Honda gets people to drive an hour and a half to buy a car. I have no regrets.

It’s no wonder that Joseph Vargas is in service team and not the sales or customer service team. He failed to hear and answer one or any of questions. He ignored my questions and shoved them to the side. He was rude through the check in and horrific during check out. He made never want to use Honda service again. He failed to understand that we as customers go to him with questions and seek advice. Instead of answering he shoved those questions to the side and ignore my questions. Horrible customer service. He needs training and needs to be trained on what customer service looks like. Extremely disappointed. Honda you should do better for your customers.
