When I picked up my car I read through the summary of the multi point inspection and saw that my micro cabin filter was in red and needed to be replaced I was not contacted about this and would have had it completed on the visit. I also asked to have the battery changed in my car remote and it was not done. For somebody with a physical disability it is highly impossible to make multiple trips and would like to everything completed that is asked for.

He was very professional and kept the communication line open. I Did not have a problem when I had additional questions. He answered in a timely manner.
This was the most horrible service I have ever gotten at norm Reeves. I waited for four hours for a basic oil change and not once was I informed by Oscar Ortega on the progress of my car. Finally, after waiting four hours I walked to the service station and to my surprise my car was stilll not worked on for a basic oil change that I had made an appointment. The service technician was of no help and rude and the service on my car was rushed with oil splatter on my windshield. Sorry Norm Reeves, you just lost a customer of close to twenty years. Your service has slowly become the worst I have ever experienced.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Norm Reeves Honda World. I was told by Ruben that my oil change would take 1 hr, 15 minutes. Turned into 2 hours. Just for a simple oil change. I did receive a text that my car was completed, however I stood outside and several employees just walked on by like I was invisible. I came in to receive my oil change feeling good to leaving upset and angry. I can't believe how the employees treat the customers here. Attitudes and unprofessionalism. I almost feel regretful purchasing a car here. I'm lost for words at this point.
