Yes i took my car in telling Aaron my car was jerking and starting issues. And Aaron doesn't remember me telling him it Jerks. He probably thought i was calling someone a jerk. I picked up my car and Aaron said it was good to go that the harness they fixed and it wont give me trouble till the next oil change.And I took it on the freeway and it jerks. And Aaron had just finished telling me the car has a good engine and transmission.
George made it as easy as possible. Good to see him back with the team. Kept me updated throughout and let me know what was done. Thank you! I’ve been coming to NRH since 2000. Never disappoints!

I had an appointment for 10:40 for an oil change it took 3 hours for just an oil change I don’t understand why make appointments if they’re not kept. While waiting in the big line just to check in they started giving the cars behind me numbers and thenthey moved up in another line I had to ask why this was happening and then they finally sent someone. It’s just not the same as it used to be I’ve brought both my Honda to you cause I liked it there but now each time I go it’s just disappointing.
i wasn't satisfied with the service because last march 1 (saturday) i had a appoinment for maintenance for my car and i drop off there i was told from service clerk who helped me he told me it will be done at 2pm but around 3pm they gave me update they let me know if my car is ready. i waited until 6pm no one communucate with me so i dicided to go shop to check if my car is done and ready for pick up once i got there my car was sitting there no one call me so i end up pickick up on monday when i have work that day i had to take a dat off. just to pick up my car
He was very nice and came to my car within a short time of my arriving at the dealership
