My service agent was very helpful. My only concern was that, while the estimate for service was about three hours, it took more than twice as long to complete the service.

Richard was good natured and put a smile on my face. He was able to answer all my questions in a way that I was able to understand it. I am sometimes hard of hearing but he really took his time to communicate. I certainly appreciated that. thank you Richard and thank you, Toyota.
As a customer here for years, I was floored by the cost of the repair after speaking to others in the industry today. We know dealerships are known to take advantage and costs are higher than outside mechanics but I have been a loyal customer here for years and have always felt taken care of. I have never had someone quote me a price and then when I go to check out, it is way higher than quoted.
I would like to trust my dealership.

Rosalina was a great help as always. Every time I get my car serviced here I am always greeted kindly. Rosalina is very nice and prompt when it comes to updates on my car. It's comforting to know that my car is in their care.
I was waiting 5 hours,although normally it takes at most 2 hours.
There was a napkin over a vent on my car, but they still proceeded to run a diagnostic and charge me $200 for a napkin. I just felt taken advantage of.
So far everything has been great, I have another appointment on Friday hopefully it goes just as well.
