When I arrived I noticed the gentleman trying to upsell . I understand, however, I advised him I was coming in for a tune up and that is all . I noticed the change in his demeanor after that . I arrived before my appointment time which was at 1 pm . I was given a time of 4 pm . I requested the shuttle and he said to go sit . Then after 30 mins I asked about the shuttle and he said “oh he came and then left, now he’s at lunch “ my kids and I had to walk to find something for them to eat . The car wasn’t ready when promised and no updates were given . I was disappointed with the service people provide when they see someone who isn’t wanting to spend thousands of dollars . Like if I go to just get my oil change to the dealer is that a bad thing? I like my car to have Toyota parts and that’s why I go but the customer service today was sad . Made me feel poor

Our oil change took over 2 hours with an appointment, and did not receive an update by text or phone call in that entire time.

Denise made everything a smooth process. She greeted me, as soon as I drove up, answered my concerns, stayed in communication with me while my diagnostic was being performed, and gave me an explanation to better understand the diagnosis. She facilitated getting me a rental car, so parts could be ordered and car was ready the next day. Denise and the Toyota dealer are very efficient, and I will be utilizing their services again!

I scheduled appointment a week out, checked-in with the service dept, left the dealership after dropping off my vehicle, then received a phone call to inform me that the part is not in stock and the work cannot be completed. Waste of time
Made an appointment for next day. Told me it’ll be in the next day. I took a day off from work and bring my van in to have my tire replace and found out the tire wasn’t there. I waited for like an hr and finally said it’ll be in again the next day. Should have text , email to let me know that the tire are not there yet. I wasted a day for nothing. I suggest that your employees need to communicate more to themselves and also to customers.
