Completely satisfied? I’m not sure that is correct. After we left the dealership and parked at a local business- our 2013 FORD EXPLORER WITH NO PREVIOUS PROBLEMS WITH ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS WAS COMPLETELY DEAD IN PARKING LOT. It did start after jumping with another vehicle. I will test battery tomorrow and if it checked good? What you think my satisfaction level will be ok? If the battery is good- goodby CLEMONS.????

After leaving from my oil change I had an error light come on. I had been asked about the light during my oil change and notified them it had never been on before. As soon as I left I called and said it had come on however they did not have time to fix it that day and I would have to come back another day which is an hour drive. Megan was very nice and understanding but it seems like a routine oil change should not have caused a parking break malfunction light to come on
