Um long story. There are very few people I trust with my vehicles and clemons was one of them. Not sure anymore. Didnt appreciate not being heard. Which at one point I came in with a picture of one of the problems I was explaining (the hole in the oil line which a technician claimed it was a gasket.) I was tired of explaining myself so I came in and showed Travis which he stated "oo yea that is a hole. Can you send that to me to show my technician." Um next was when I had a technician riding around with me and it did the issue that it got when clemons worked on it. The technician said yea it did that to me the second time I drove it. I said with the code I pulled you need to check the wastegate or blow off valve. Then the technician gives me a BS excuse and ignores my advice. Some more looking and more talking and I am starting to get kicked out of the shop because once again I get excuses. And get the well we fixed what we saw needed fixed, it's your problem. Which actually turned out to be something the technician did. I got the oo he doesnt know what he is talking about treatment and turns out i was right. Ok there is a lot more that really pissed me off but won't go there. To finish up I don't trust the technician that worked on my truck. Travis at first really irritated me but actually went above and beyond in trying to figure things out (thank you). Brandy really pulled out all the stops to make it right and for that I am really grateful for. Saved the day and my son thanks you for that. If brandy handles my stuff and the technician that rode with me doesn't touch my vehicle. I might (maybe) do business again with clemons

I was not told the wait time would be 2 and a half hours when I scheduled my appointment. This would have been most helpful to know so that I could make arrangements. The person who worked on my car was late so the 2 and a half hours turned into 4 hours and 45 minutes. I was told at 12:38 pm my car would be returned right after lunch which turned out to be 3:50. Really poor service which has never been typical at Clemons. I hope you guys get your act together soon or you will be losing lots of business.
I have always been satisfied with the service I have received. Been going there since 2007.
It should not cost me $140 for an oil change and a 90 minute wait with a scheduled appointment.
The staff is always pleasant and do a great job! Couldn't ask for more!

I was happy with what they fixed But I had asked that they drove it so they could tell me what the noise is in the rear end. But it did not get driven. But other then that All was good

Then told me they ran my brand new batteries down and had to change them, I drove it home and the next day I went out to start it and the batteries were dead so I had to change them up in order to start it, so no I'm not satisfied with them
