The guy that “supposedly fixed” my problem, didn’t listen to me during ride along and this morning same problem exits!!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my first interaction with your service department!
My service advisor upon arrival was Austin. He did a fantastic job. It was a very rainy morning when I came in. He came outside before I even got out of my car, checked me in quickly and kept me updated along the way.
When I called to schedule my appointment I got transferred around a lot (4 times to be exact) but once Jonathan got the call he handled it and was very thorough and polite.

The female employee that I talk to you on the phone several times had a great demeanor, positive attitude and was a very clear communicator. She seemed very service oriented and was gonna make sure that I was satisfied.

At the start I was frustrated because the kit needed to fix my recall was not on hand. However, the manager was excellent and found one from another Toyota store and was able to patch my light fixture. They dealt with a difficult situation, well, although I would appreciate in the future, if they knew they did not have the things needed for a scheduled repair that they would cancel ahead of time.
I was completely satisfied with the service I received for my Prius.
My service representative was friendly and went out of her way to help me reset my clock. The maintenance was done quickly and the setting is very clean. It was a good experience.
