Jordan was awesome. I had a list of things that needed attention on my 2023 Toyota sequoia. She patiently reviewed my list and went through each item with me and made sure they were all taken care of. She gave me follow up phone calls and texts and accommodated me with an after hours pick up because I had a crazy work day and couldn't get back in time during regular business hours. Her customer service skills are top notch! She is going to be my go to person for services from now on.

JOSE was great got me checked in and everything straightened away quickly. Jose called me to let me know what was going on with the car and go over everything clearly with me which was much appreciated.. Jose was also there when I came back to pick up my car and reiterated what was going on. He did an Excellent job!

Jose was wonderful and I enjoyed my experience and plan to come back to your location for further services. My only feedback is that I was waiting in the waiting room and missed the message that my car was ready but over an hour went by before I noticed it and nobody came to let me know that the car was ready so I wasted an hour of my time. I believe that is mostly my fault for not seeing the message but Jose knew I was sitting in the lobby which was mere feet away I could even see customer service agents chit-chatting because it was not very busy but nobody came to let me know my car was ready.

You might add a sign outside notifying customers to come inside to check in. It was my first visit to Hansel Toyota and I waited in my car for a bit expecting someone to come out and greet me. When no one did, I went inside.
