You might add a sign outside notifying customers to come inside to check in. It was my first visit to Hansel Toyota and I waited in my car for a bit expecting someone to come out and greet me. When no one did, I went inside.

It was expensive, especially the sensor for flat tire replacement. I was charged for a pack of 4 but only needed one. Are the remainders being kept for me or if a second one fails, would I have to buy a second set of 4? Why can’t Hansel only charge for the number used?

Made an appointment with ample time to order parts dropped off truck and was almost home in shuttle when received a call the parts were not there and service couldn’t be completed feel like they should of known that before I left the dealership and why were they not ordered for my service I had scheduled. Then when I came to pick up my vehicle told my vehicle would be pull around for pick up waited 15min with no truck had to request my vehicle again which then took 1min felt like I was not there first priority and let slip through the cracks I feel like my vehicle should of been waiting for me after the botched service of my vehicle to make my pick up and leaving as smooth as possible
