Honestly, the friendliest face and person I’ve dealt with at any dealership. Ever. She was there at 6:30 this morning, and there when I checked out that evening at 5. Plenty of Toyota dealerships around..I’ll continue to bring my land cruiser back specifically to Hansel. Brandyn has a great deal to do with that.

I was a bit annoyed because I called yesterday to find out how long 30000 mile service takes and was told 1.5 hours but when I got there this am they told me about 3.5 -4 hours. So I did not have time today to do whole service I live in Sonoma so now I have to drive back to complete service. People who answer service phone show know answers to simple questions Service advisor was extremely professional and I still am overall very pleased with the service I have received over the last 10+ years

I’m a paraplegic so I need space to get into my van on the passenger side, I very much appreciate Jonathan asking a service technician to bring my van to the front of the building.
