I couldn’t afford the $250 diagnostic fee, so Austin recommended we do the service and gave me some tips for the issue at hand and also found that we needed a headlight replaced. He was kind, effective and super helpful. Thank you!

You did not inform me that diagnostics are not covered under warranty unless the issue is actively happening. I feel robbed. You made me pay you to joyride in my car and tell me what i already know. I want my time and money back.

Was told an hour, waited 1 hour 45 minutes. Then on the test drive, the person had the windows down and my personal property blew out the window but the item was not recovered. Not happy at all...the check-in person at the desk was great!!!!
