At first, all was well. Love my new vehicle! But then, my brand new vehicle ended up having a shortage on one of the interior overhead light panels. Issues were found the day after we took the vehicle home. Service folks were great and listened to my concerns and addressed them asap. Electric panel is on back order ETA unknown. Will wait for part to come in to do repair. On another note, I asked sales for a detailed spec sheet for my new vehicle. I was told that it disappears once sold. That was on Thursday. On Friday, today, I contacted another Toyota dealership and they said detailed spec sheets are still available after sale especially the new vehicles. So, I followed up again with Hansel sales and was now told it MIGHT be available Monday or Tuesday. I’m not understanding the delay on this and it shouldn’t be an issue to provide this info. I love my new Grand Highlander - just not too happy about the issues mentioned.
Johnathan was very helpful, as was Carlos who drove the shuttle. He was exceptionally courteous and helpful.

Two weeks ago, I brought in my perfectly healthy 2005 Camry for a 200k miles checkup. I love this car. It made me a Toyota guy for life.
I asked for the spark plugs to be changed and the A/C to be refilled. Those things were done. Nothing else.
The next day, my car was vibrating at stop lights.
Two weeks later, yesterday, I brought it in again to have the vibration checked. There were no engine faults. They said the motor mounts were worn down. We did not replace the motor mounts. They replaced the radiator cap and did no other maintenance.
Today, my car engine began smoking.
Three weeks ago, my car was perfect. Tonight, I'm standing in a dark parking lot with an engine that vibrates and smokes.
It's Friday night. Toyota will not give me a loaner car, they wol not see me this weekend, they will not cover the maintenance from another shop, and they will not pay for the rental I need to get to Sacramento next week.
I think you just lost the $30,000 I was planning on spending on you for my next car purchase.

Austin was pleasant as always Although it wasn't possible (truck not able to be fitted for what I wanted)To add the accessory I wanted it was explained why and I'm ok with it.
I usually go to manley toyota in santa rosa and after the discusting service there was told by my wife to drive to Petaluma 30 min. away instead to hat Hansel toyota. omg what a great experience. thank you
