My tires were an unsafe level of tread and the tech and service writer let me go after the oil change. The writer didn’t ask about my driving habits- if he had he would have known that I am a super commuter and known that I needed tires. I was expecting to pay for tires today, but ended up going by elsewhere after the oil change.
Johnathon was surprisingly adept at working proficiently, Johnathon is very adroit, he pre anticipates what ever it is that a customer may be concerned with and is always Spot on with it!!!!!!! This Young Man can think he already has Your answer’s prepared…Johnathon informed me of the unseen thing’s that although never happened could’ve, Johnathon knew I needed to be forewarned about this repair, he did it with such expertise in his touch that it was a privilege to listen to this time conscious Employee of Yours!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, it was a little different at checkout due to an employee luncheon. I think it’s great that you celebrate staff milestones, but it would have been helpful to give customers checking in that day a heads up. I could have easily picked up my car later if I’d known. Wasn’t a huge inconvenience for me, but I did witness some other customers who were pretty upset. Easy fix in my opinion.
Had a nail in a tire and was pretty disappointed there wasn’t a tire in stock to fit my 25 Tundra..
Besides that everything was fine and I have to come back on Tuesday.
