Unfortunately I had to wait for my car for almost 4 hours just for the services and the transmission olio change. My appointment was at 8:45am I received my vehicle at 12:30pm.

Well the young man i dealt with paged for my car and I had to go back after 20 minutes of waiting to have him ask for it again but other than that you guys would of gotten a 10 out of 10 but having to wait so long after he paged it it's a 9.
