Elias Munoz is my regular service agent but he was under the weather this day, since I’ve been doing business with Jim Burke Ford , Kaycee has been there knowing what I do for work and how important it was that my F450 needed to be repaired. Kaycee stepped up and got my truck back to me the same day. I appreciate her and all the staff at Jim Burke. Kaycee you’re awesome

Always good service. Didn’t like that my lug nuts were swollen and I had to pay to replace them. It was an extra cost. My mechanic dad had never heard of that before so I googled it. Apparently it’s only spectating models of Fords that this is happening too because they put cheaper ones in to begin with.

Very happy with Jim Burke Ford overall. I have about 10 Fords in my business and personal. My concern is simple but it is what it is...not a complaint but an observation. I bought my truck at JBF and the only people to ever work on it has been the lube shop. When I find out the lug nuts are all rounded off and need to be replaced, I was taken back. One of 3 things had to happen. One, Ford is using poor lug nuts as this hasn't never happened to any of our fleet before, someone has used the wrong sized socket or over torqued, or there is a commission driven situation. It's not about the money at all but it has to be one of the 3. Having many vehicle over 45 years and multiple in my business and never heard of this before, let alone with a car that has the same tires and they have only been rotated. I didn't want to leave an online post out of respect but those were my concerns.

As always, Jim Burke and Quick Lane provided exemplary customer service and technical skills. Car taken promptly back - pleasant waiting area - service provided was explained by service agent - great personality, friendly, knowledgeable. Bought from Jim Burke for last 25 years and will continue to do so.

Yessenia’s overall courtesy was good and professional. However, when I asked her if the same correct coolant was used as in the last coolant drain service, she did not check and gave me incorrect information. The technician used the wrong coolant. This was brought to the manager’s attention and now a follow up appointment has been made to rectify the error with a required total engine coolant flush. Therefore I am not happy with the service I received from this dealer.
