There initially was some confusion about what services could be done in which area, but Misty was able to answer all my questions and help me understand what could be done and when. She was friendly and respectful. She did her job with professionalism and courtesy.

I was told my front rotors were resurfaced. However, when I took it to Clerous Tire, they told me my rotors looked like they had not been touched and it needed an alignment. I have a bumper to bumper warranty, yet I got charged for a job that was not need. No. Mention of front breakers were needing replacement, but it appeared to Clerou's tha they had been changed. Which would be about right since my rear brakes were just addressed under my warranty.

My vehicle should have still been under warranty, but I had to pay for my service today. Also, the tech went to lunch after I had paid and all I needed was my keys. I had to wait until someone else bothered to get my keys for me before I could leave.
