It was a very good experience. I mentioned that one of my sensors in front tire kept showing light on. The technician said he set all four sensors and they were good readings. My tires were rotated and now the reading light shows a back tire and also the light stays on. No leaks,no escaping air and so I was told not wrong but do not understand the light situation still on. The service was fantastic and I have always go to Jim Burke with my Ford's.

One thing that stood out the most was the fact that we were already in the process of signing when another bank came through with a better rate and they helped us save even more money. Misty always comes through for me. I was thrilled when my car was moved to Quick Lane after being towed to Jim Burke Ford on Saturday. Earliest date for JBF was August 27th. That’s crazy! Quicklane got it done today- Wednesday! So thankful!
