You had my car for 22 days just go fix the AC. You guys call me to tell me my car is ready with less then 2 hours notice before the end of the day- and I am told that if I don’t return the rental that same day I will be charged out of pocket! You left my car out in the sun with triple digit degrees and now my dash is warp and the weather strips around my SUV have cracked/broke. I show you guys the damages that were made to my vehicle while under your care, I was told someone would call me to set up an appointment and No one calls me. I have to track down Ralph at 4:30 to figure out what is going on. and when I do get a call back at 5:00 you offer me an appointment 2 weeks out? I requested to speak to a supervisor and no supervisor was available- they were all gone for the day. Horrible customer service.

Thanks for taking care of my truck! I wanted to bting up one area I feel could improve your Customer waiting area in your Quicklane Department. It smells really bad!! I am a former smoker, and the Quicklane waiting room smells like an ashtray that needs emptying! Maybe paint, or carpet or wash the walls! Anything would help! Thank you guys and gals! Dale S. I made the appointment because they said they had a part for a recall. After I got there they said they didn't have the part.

Was told that the service time will be about an hour and 15 mins so I’m left with my husband for breakfast. When we got back an hour later, the car hadn’t been started. I voiced my displeasure but know how busy they were. Andres told me he was very sorry and would put 2 service techs on my car. It was done in 15 mins! I was pleased that he also gave me a small discount on the total cost. I asked him to help me with my key fob - he went out of his way to show me how to make it work properly!
