I came in on Saturday 1-22-22 they told me to come back on Thursday to get my engine fix, which Roseville doesn’t allow rentals for the meantime and I have a kid and I didnt feel safe driving it, on the way home I managed to get a popped tire just because I had to pick up my car.
Michael went above and beyond with both professionalism and friendliness. I explained an issue that I had with running over an object that had dropped out of a truck on the highway. I told him that my husband worked at a different Toyota and we wanted to order the parts from there so we could use his discount. When my car was done, Michael provided me with a list of parts and their part numbers so that I could properly order everything we needed. I really appreciated his kindness. I also have always been able to get out of this dealership promptly when using any service, and have received nothing but friendliness and professional courtesy from all employees.
