Matthew is great to work with. He took care of oil change and recall repairs. I was having an issue with Honda link and Matthew was very helpful getting me to the correct team to get it worked on. He had great customer service skills.

Service greatly exceeded expectations! The team even heard my pleas about not getting yelled at by my wife and went out of their way to run the van through the wash after service. Excellent customer service!

When I first dropped off my vehicle around 11, the staff I spoke to were all friendly and helpful. I was told I would get a call when the vehicle was done. I was getting the auto butler coating reapplied. The card I received to tell me I needed it reapplied said it would take 3-5 hours. Once I got to the dealership Mikey told me I would receive a text when it was done. 5 hours came and went and I didn’t receive any text. I then called three times about the status of my vehicle. Once around 4:30, once around 5, and the other a little after 6. The first two times I got Mikey’s voicemail and left a message once. The third time I got a very rude salesman that told me the service center was now closed and to call back in the morning. I told him I had five children that need to be driven to school in the morning and needed it tonight. I was not told this would be an overnight service. I asked him if he could do anything to help me. He repeatedly told me he understood I was frustrated but couldn’t do anything. I kept telling him I needed a solution not understanding. He then started talking very slowly and very loudly, and repeated telling me he couldn’t help me. He was very rude, uncaring, and didn’t try to find me a solution. My husband finally drove up there and saw that our vehicle was done and in the parking lot. He spoke to the cashier and asked for the keys to the vehicle. After some negotiating with her, he was finally able to get our vehicle. If a representative is going to be answering the phones, they should seem like they at least care for their customers and want to help them. It helps keep business coming through the door. The people in the morning were very kind and helpful, the man I spoke to at night, not so much. I would have also appreciated at least some communication from Mikey throughout the day. We only recieved a text message after the fact when the vehicle was back in our possession.

Before a customer drives a purchased car home for the first time, the sales person should explain the handles on the back of the steering wheel. The steering wheel buttons and the difference between the cooling system overflow and the windshield washer reservoir.
