Very nice and attentive Very professional

It was difficult to get in touch with my service advisor, Kathleen. Communication was poor - asked for a quote, but it wasn’t itemized and had to request it again. Was told I would receive it the next morning. Called at noon found out she had the day off. Was unable to get ahold of her replacement for the day. Soon as I ask for a manager they were able to get me my quote as well my invoice. I had my car towed there because it wouldn’t start. Some time over the past 2 days it started working again. No one told me this. I had a tow truck arrive to pick it up, but the car was working and his services weren’t needed. But was still charged for him coming out. It would have been nice to know before I got there. And wasted money on a tow truck. Again communication was very poor on their end. I shouldn’t have have had to call some many times to pay my invoice.
