Sean took care of our factory recall. The recall was completed succesfully. The technicians were dealing with a persitan, park assist issue but unable to verify. Upon picking up the car, I noticed and showed Sean the error message when placing car in reverse. He quickly set up an available appointment and pre-ordered a rental car for the troubleshooting. I appreciate his honesty in advising of increased appointments and feel confident MKB will identity and remedy issue.

I have a 2020 GMC 1500 Denali with 9200 original miles. My OnStar kept sending me messages to get an oil change and routine check. Previously, all work was performed at Tustin GMC in Orange County. We just moved back to San Diego, and I remember the reputation of Marvin K Brown when I lived here before. I called and made an appointment for 8:45 Monday morning. I checked in early as requested, and I proceeded to wait for over three hours for a routine service. In addition, I was quoted $140 at the GMC dealer in National City and was charged $160 at Marvin K. Brown for the privilege of waiting three hours to get the same routine work performed. Yes, I am Extremely disappointed.
