It was so poor, I was placed in a position to express my displeasure on social media. Had an appointment at 1pm for an alignment. Got there early. Shawn took 2 hours to tell me my vehicle has not been worked on sitting there in the heat. Needed another hour. So, you never did my alignment. It was a complete waste of my time now id like a free alignment please.
I usually work with Sean in service but I had a window issue and oil leak on my Gmc and felt I needed to see a service tech immediately. So I talked to service and they told me that I could Hemry in the following day at 7:30 am. I was told that my diagnostics on my truck would run $195 each. But the $195 would go towards my service if work was completed. I agreed and brought my truck in. I got a rental car because I was told 2 days for a diagnostic. No problem. 2 days past and I haven’t heard from Chris I left a few messages no answer. So on the end of the second day I show up to MKB and talk to Chris. He says my truck probably won’t be seen for 3-4 days and he told me this the first day which he didn’t. I thought I had an appointment and my truck was inline. I would have not brought my truck in and rent a car if I new I would have to pay for 4-5 days of rental. So the weekend passes and I call Chris Monday and leave a couple messages on status of my truck no response. I finally get a call Tuesday afternoon that they completed. So I go to pick it up. I was told 1 part would take 10 days and the second part there was no time when this part would arrive because no dealerships have any. Chris gives me a bill and when I ask him about the credit towards $195 I paid would it be deducted from my bill when I bring my truck back he says no and tells me that no one should have told me that. Then I proceed to remind him I have a Costco 15% discount code he says I can’t use it. I leave his office and go talk to cashier about how frustrated I am with Chris and they tell me I am able to use my discount code so she gets a manager and I finally get to use my discount code. It was Really frustrating working with him. I definitely will not see him again.

I am very disappointed in my service experience. My service tech Chris was very attentive to my needs but the service department failed poorly in diagnosing my suv issues. I am a full time working mother and my time is just as valuable as anyone. When I came in for a regular oil change I mentioned that there was an unexplained rattling noise. When my car was finished they said they didn’t hear anything and my suv was fine. I drove one day before I had to bring it back only to find out my whole muffler needed to be replaced! They didn’t communicate with my service technician when the parts actually came in I had to inform him! Now I haven’t had my suv back 1 week and I have another message that indicates something is wrong with my drivers side door! When will it stop ? I pay a lot of money for my luxury suv with all of these issues I should have stayed with my Dodge !
