After 3 weeks in the shop my car was filthy. The seat door and carpet were muddy stained beyond anything that I had every but my car through. It was clear there was no attempt to cover the seat or the floors during my service

Completely satisfied with the work that was completed. There seems to be a serious problem on how you track your appointments, once again when the service manager was checking me out, he made mention that we did pretty good for not have an appointment today. I let him know. I did have an appointment 10:30 AM for an alignment. Same thing happen with my last appointment. Kept getting emails and texts on rescheduling because I missed my appointment. So there is a disconnect on appointment tracker at your dealership. Once again, the service manager and schedule work was completed satisfactory.

Due to the dissatisfied / poor experience I received from your rep this morning and lack of care I received as a long time 6th generation customer of Gmc products. 1995 Gmc 1500, 2007 Gmc 2500, 2018, Gmc 2500 Denali, 2021 Gmc 2500 Denali. You clearly don't have enough room for me to share. If your seriously interested, please have the service managers manager reach out to me.
