Ms Alicia Martinez was very kind and professional. My issue is that the appointment took much, much longer than anticipated. I arrived 5 minutes before my 10 am appointment and was told that the service (oil change) and nail on tire would take 2-3 hours because they were short staffed. At around 1 pm (after three hours), I received a call letting me know that the tire needed to be exchanged instead of patched, and it would take an additional hour. At 2 pm I headed back to the dealership and was advised that my car was being worked on and I’d be notified when it was ready. Then at 3 pm I received a text message again saying not to worry, I’d be told when my car was ready. Point in which I expressed my concern that I would not be on time to pick up my kids from school. Alicia headed to the back to talk to the service providers and told me it would be another 20 minutes. I had to call my husband to get off of work to pick up the kids instead. It was inconvenient and the incongruence of the excessive time it took (5.5 hours as opposed to 3 tops) messed up my planned scheduled. Also, as I waited I experienced people in the waiting room who had arrived much later than me get their car taken care of in a lot less time. The service person knew of the tire issue going in (because when I set the appointment I pointed it out, and was also confirmed when I dropped off the vehicle) and yet the time it took to take care of it, was in my opinion unreasonable, and not what was communicated to me at different points in the day, which resulted in inconvenience to my family. Next time I will insist on a loaner vehicle.
