Charged me for DEF fluid that I did not need. I filled DEF reservoir to overflowing one hour before my appointment. When I dropped truck off I specifically told tech NOT to pull DEF fluid scam on me because it’s happened twice before. My last visit to your facility.

Service was awesome. One small problem , driver’s side seat had the emblem broken off and only half is still in the seat .

I Had an appointment but waited 3 hours and got no service. My car didn’t even get taken back, just parked in the service line. While other people who came after were taken cared of. When asked when it was my turn they said it was going to be another he before then can even start. Then they wanted to charge me for service they did not render.
