We have been clients MKB for several years now. We were thoroughly disappointed in our service and the response to our concerns. We scheduled a 75,000 mile service which was not performed. According to MKB we denied this service when we arrived. Why would we do that ? We scheduled that to be done. So we received an oil change and tire rotation. What we did do is decline the brake service that is needed. Because we can get it done for half the price elsewhere. So why did an oil change and rotation take 4 hours to complete. We thought the inspection was performed for four hours. Again, we were told we denied service which makes absolutely no sense. Then three days later miraculously our engine light came on and we were told a code came up and they won’t service the vehicle is inspected for another $200. Come to find out we just needed an air filter. This is how you treat loyal clients ? We drive over 30 miles to MKB. Never again.

Awesome customer service! Alicia kept in contact with me to make sure I was kept up to date, arranged a rental car for me and completely the service in one day!
