Ms. Farris is an outstanding representative of MKB. She provides great communication and follow up regarding the vehicle and ALWAYS has a positive attitude. Watching her interact with her customers, she treats them all as friends! Ms. Farris sets a high bar for others to try to achieve.

I was told by the representative the $195 diagnostic fee was due because they couldn't replicate the issue that I had with my vehicle. He also said that it was a GM policy. I called 2 other GM dealer and according to them that is not the case.
Definitely the best service i've ever had. It was a pleasure working with Paul. He kept me up to date on everything that was going on with the car. I wish all companies had such great service. Thank you so much.

Always a great customer service experience.
I will not be coming back to Marvin k brown after this experience. From start to finish, there was poor communication. Chris is a nice guy, but the systems in place seem pretty dysfunctional and lead to poor outcomes. When I was checking my car in, another service provider was very upset with and complaining about the workplace and threatening to quit. All around, it was a bad experience.
I did not get my free oil change because it expired two months ago. There wasn’t any notice of that.
I was promised a hand wash and that did I not happen. Someone had got mud on the floor boards and had kicked the door panel with the same muddy foot.
This is a 2002 Blackwing with 4000 miles on it that lives in my garage.
Paid $125,000 for it

Great service and it was done in a timely manner .. although the complementary car wash was half done. The rear of the car want washed at all. I had to re do the car wash. I hope next time the other half of the vehicle will be washed
