It may seem like a small thing but when I got my truck back it was filthy. One would think that after spending over $7,000 a detail or wash would be in order. Especially after it was stated that the truck would be washed.

Mr Elliott is courteous, asks relevant questions to relay to service technicians and always answers my questions in a way I can understand. He also arranged transportation for me from the dealership to my home and back. He is extremely patient and thorough Thank you for having such a fantastic representative !

Had my car all day. Call me at 2 o’clock to tell me your tech hadn’t got around to checking my car. My car was dropped off at 6 AM appointment time 9 o’clock, so yes I was very upset.
