When I got into my car , the cover for my air filter was left on top of my dashboard and since leaving the dealership my sensor for low tire pressure is on. I was supposed to get my tires filled with air , but not sure it happened because I had to go today to a separate place and have my tire pressure checked and the gentlemen said all tires were low .

The service team always provides an excellent service. We prefer to work with Anthony Sanchez, when he is available, as he provides excellent service, listens to our queries and will respond in a timely manner. All service appointment be it oil change or full service, Anthony would explain what was being done before and after the appointment and explain the results. We know our interests are being taken care here.

I dropped off my car at 9:30 am for a 10:15 am service appointment. Although I showed my email confirmation, my car wasn’t on the list and I was told to park the car in the non-appointment aisle. Later, it wasn’t until noontime I was notified that my car was being serviced. Additionally, service recommendations was initially quoted for about $350 yet I ended paying $630 after waiting for nearly seven hours. To make up for the inconvenience I was offered a $50 discount and a guarantee of a free service next time. Would like to hear from management regarding my very unpleasant experience.
