When I drove away I heard a small noise that didn’t sound familiar so I turned around and came back. Manny, as a passenger, agreed. Manny told me that my new pads had to be worn in and the service person would do it. I waited another half hour then the service person said a bracket was bent and was scraping . He bent it correctly and said there was no damage done. I am nervous that the scraping did damage my rotors because the reason I came in was to get brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced.

I brought my car as a drop-in. I was told there is no way to receive paperwork acknowledging that I will be leaving my car with the dealership. As I was uncomfortable leaving without the receiving any documentation, I had to stay at the dealership until my car was assigned to an advisor. The advisor and all the other staff were helpful in answering my questions but because it was part of the Norm reeves location’s policy they were unable to resolve my concerns.

Only one issue, I think the tech who changed the oil spilled oil on the engine, I have the smell of burning motor oil in the car, I know it is difficult replacing the oil filter, it is up against the firewall and very messy to work on, that’s why I don’t do it myself. I know it will burn off after a while and the smell will go away. Thank you for this survey, I will continue to use Norm Reeves Honda for service, Trinity is the best Thank you Ray

This is the second time I bring my car to the service center giving them another chance to not leave anything broken and the same thing happens. Apart from wasting my time, how do I know that they do the correct service and do not leave anything loose or broken that you cannot see with the naked eye if something so basic is not done correctly? As a customer, one thinks that the dealer is the best option, but I think not based on my experiences.
