I am totally happy with my service Adviser Mr Oscar Moguel . But not all of you staff I was there Friday to get an oil change and tire rotation. The service was fast I also had some air filters replaced. On the ride home checked my tire pressure and all my tires were at a different PSI. I went back to Oscar and he instructed on of the guys that was outside receiving cars for service. He tells the guy to set the tires at the right PSI. When I got home I checked my tires psi and they were all set at a different PSI nothing was done. I had to go to the gas station and fill the tires myself . I let Oscar know what happened and he was very apologetic. This is not his fault. The guy that was instructed to do this task didn’t do his job period. I now question if they even changed my filters on my car I have no way of knowing this and it makes skeptic. In business and in life trust is very important once it’s broken you can’t get it back. I don’t like throwing people under the bus but it’s the little things that comeback to bite us in the ****. I now have a trust issue with your service department. Thank you Joe Torres

The service was quick—faster than anticipated. However, communication left much to be desired. I ended up waiting for two hours after making three phone calls, during which I was told a driver would pick me up as my car was ready and that I’d receive an ETA. That never happened. Instead, at the end (kindly) I was eventually sent an Uber, and nearly four hours after dropping my car off at the dealer, I finally returned home with it. Four hours for a routine B1 maintenance is far too long. Additionally, when I arrived, the Honda shuttle was there empty in the parking lot, and later I received a call from the driver saying they were at my place. While I appreciated the courtesy, improving communication with clients would greatly enhance the service.

The car service is excellent but the technician moved car seat to "LOW RIDER" position and they always turn my lights switch away from auto

Kenya Adame was very nice. We told her the issues we had with the car and the regular maintenance it needed. We left feeling safe especially with the lightbulbs from the headlights being replace, I’m able to drive safely and at night now. Thank you Kenya and everyone at Freeway Honda.
