Service was good. But the up-selling is unprofessional. Telling me the brake fluid was dirty based on your service note and not on observation is sick (somebody else changed it at half the price twice months ago. ). I will have the other ‘recommendation’ validated

Matthew was very easy to talk to. He is a very courteous person. He explained what my car needed done. I asked him also what was going on with the recall on the car. He told me what I wanted to know. I will continue to go out of my way to have my car serviced at this location. One of my other Honda’s was being serviced at Santa Margarita Honda at the end the service writer was so rude. I found an independent car repair and went there for years. So I know there are alternatives. So great service so far.

My car was done and ready to be picked up at 9am I wasn’t picked up until 1pm took forever to get back I had things to do and it just wasted my time waiting for a shuttle

I called freeway Honda prior to coming in to replace a purge valve. Oscar told me cost would be 190 diagnostic and 245 to replace the purge valve. Our final cost after work was completed was 501. I called Oscar back the following day after talking to my Honda dealership at home which is in Michigan city Indiana, to find out cost & labor to replace the purge valve. We bought it new there at bosak Honda and they have taken great care of us. Dana, the service tech told me 125 for diagnostic and 30 minutes to replace the part . The part was under 60$. I told him what I was told by my hometown dealer.
Oscar told me I had agreed to the cost but it was not explained verbally or in the text quoted to me that we would be paying for additional inspections that were not required when replacing the purge valve. When I told Oscar we were being jerked around & taken advantage of he said I agreed to the price and it is their job to do all the inspections. AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. I guess when you’re out of town and use to trusting your home town dealership people, you can’t always think that even though it’s a dealership. Absolutely no way I could recommend this place
