I was advised to submit the Proof Of Correction. I went to DMV but they don’t even have my CRC on any hold for recall repair. I was told to submit the proof only during renewal of registration and not in advance. Hopefully other customer is not as confused as I was.

You guys have been good to me in the past with basic maintenance. And customer service is friendly, and the shuttle is very convenient. But for the first time I went in with two other issues: I suspected my FOB was broken, and I told them my splash shield was torn off. I was told my FOB was fine but all of my actuators were broken and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $2600. I got a second opinion, and it WAS actually my FOB. The other place got me a new one and everything works now. Then I was told I was just missing clips on my shield. They didn’t even realize a whole middle shield was missing, even though I told them it was ripped off and thrown away a few months back. How do they not see a whole shield was missing? Just wanted to share my feedback. I’m still a Honda fan.
