Service personnel were not wearing masks — and the edges of the cloth roof liner of my brand new vehicle were carelessly soiled with grease presumably from the installation of the moon roof visor - the exterior windows were smudged presumably from the installation of the door visors — there was no indication that any care was was given to clean the surfaces that were touched during the installation of the accessories that I purchased for my brand new Honda CRV. Additionally, I was not greeted by Honda service staff either time I arrived - to drop off or pick up my car.
Thank you for getting my car in as fast as you were able to. You completely gave me a choice of parts needed with the price. I appreciated that you took the time to ask me first. Everyone was very nice and considerate. That’s why I always come back to Tyler Honda for service and buy cars. Thank you I feel very secure in my car now.
