Cadillac is still unable to resolve the ongoing transmission issue. Every time we bring it in, the techs say that they are unable to duplicate the issue yet it is a known issue for the year of my Escalade to have this jerking issue. We even just received a letter in the mail from Cadillac regarding the issue. In addition, I received my car back dirty. There is oil all along the Inside drivers side door and along the foot area. Not very considerate to return my car back so dirty.

Fantastic service. Quick and easy 20,000 mile check up. Offered flexibility and understanding on the same day, when I had to change my appt time because of a family emergency.

When I arrived to the service area, there were already two lines of cars waiting to be checked-in. Registering the cars was done promptly and in an organized manner. Mr. Lind told me what to expect time wise and everything happened the way he told me. I appreciate the quality service provided to my car today. Thanks Mr. Lind.
