Not Dans fault but ur mechanics weren’t able to properly diagnose my problem until Dan actually stepped in and pointed out the obvious prob. I in no way want this to reflect on Dans continued outstanding help. Dan always has done a great job for me! PLS I don’t want my comments to in any way, shape, form reflect badly on Dan.

When I got to my appointment to leave off my vehicle, I was early! I had made the appointment way in advance. I was told by Jay I had not specified I need a loaner. Well, I had ! I live in Fallbrook! Quite a distance from dealer. I , of course requested a loaner! Jay said I had not! I didn’t argue! However, I certainly needed a car! I requested then, a Cadillac! Since I have had 4 ! I know how to drive them! I’m really disappointed in the attitude! I was given a car, and it was a Cadillac! It was the contradiction of what had transpired in the conversation when making appointment! I also, was a bit astounded by the tone of voice I was told “the tank of gas was full and needed to be when I returned the vehicle” My car had a light on the dash saying transmission needed service?!?! It took a couple days... wrong part came to them! Seems ok now! I hope my future experiences will be better! I wasn’t in a hurry to get car back! I returned the loaner tank full early this morning! I’m not stupid! I also, didn’t appreciate the attitude! Teri McCrea

That staff was very patronizing when I inquired about what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to fix it, which was very disheartening as the last time I had a service done here I had a pleasant experience. They have not communicated in a timely manner either which is very frustrating.
