I recently had my Enclave in for service, which was an excellent experience with James. At that time I asked him about some minor scratches on my wheel well trim and front bunker. I thought it needed body work to fix. He told me there was a technique to refinish the plastic material and then set me up with a separate appointment. I just picked up the car and it looks like when I first drove it off the lot! James' knowledge and my confidence in him allowed this to happen. The job was done on time and perfectly. James is totally knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Seth was very helpful and great communicating with us through the process. The office space is way lower quality that the space where we bought the car in summer 2019. Needs nice upgrade! Thanks!

Unfriendly staff especially for my first visit,,,no one greeted me and I had to seemingly wait,,,also my car was delivered to me at exit point with dirty finferprings and spots,,,, I also did no get a walkthrough prior to handing over my keys for the oil change,,,,I would at least expect a phone call to discuss wget her I will return to service my Cadillac,,,****-****-xxxx,,Richard

I know that it is said that car dealership doesn't have enough staff to provide a car wash, as it could have been as simple as a coupon. Dan did a great job in keeping me informed about my car.

Don’t know what precipitated you’re move but definitely don’t like the new facility. Waiting room smaller and when walked around looking at new cars (only to pass 2 hr. wait for oil change), noticed no prices on cars. Just the whole experience was different but was satisfied with work done.
