On the way home upon paying 828.00 and 20 minutes on the road, the car overheated, lights, flashing indicator going off. I pulled over immediately and luckily was very close to my local auto repair shop and had it towed there. In looking at the car the coolant hose was not connected (the hose had to be disconnected to perform the work they did) and the coolant leaked out. Luckily 250.00 later to inspect and correct I am Hoping there is not engine damage. This is not the service I expect from Cadillac as I have overall been happy with their service the pst 10 years and my car. I am going to go through whatever process I need to in order to be reimbursed for the repair due to negligence. Please tell me how to proceed

Jay was strictly professional and straight to the point from beginning to end, keeping me updated throughout the duration of the service. I respect that and I appreciate the work done on the Sierra and I appreciate the courtesy ride provided by the dealership. I’d definitely bring the truck back for service.
