Kept car for almost 5 weeks because “tech had too many cars to work on”. Car was beyond filthy it was absolutely disgusting and smells inside. I will have to have car detailed inside and out and hope smell is gone. Cannot express how completely unsatisfied I am. Caddilac service has always been solid. This is the second car I bought from your dealership. Not sure I would buy a third from you.
James has been "my" service manager since I bought my first Enclave in 2008. I'm on my second Enclave and I still get name recognition, exceptional attention to my vehicle's service needs and very professional service - every time! James is knowledgeable and personable, which is a great combination.
I called and left a message today regarding the detail work completed on my vehicle.
The detail was sub par at best, and nowhere near as good as my last detail at your dealership.
I would like the detail to be redone at no cost, to the level of quality I expect from Hohen dealerships.
