My Cadillac Escalade needed many things taken care of so unfortunately I had to leave it for a little over three weeks for this to be accomplished. From the moment I brought it in till when I picked it up, Jay was extremely courteous and always messaged me every few days to keep me apprised of the progress with it.

I had a transmission replaced in my truck about 4000 miles ago. It is a GMC overhauled transmission that is under warranty for three years or 100,000 miles. The transmission was experiencing flaring during Gear changes and dropping out of the gear. It was also running at a high temperature. I got my truck back three weeks after giving it to this dealership and the trans immediately got to 230°. This transmission had a 456 gear clutch go out after 4000 miles. With excessive heat. The transmission is under warranty and should have been replaced due to faulty transmission. The dealership could not figure out a cause but replaced the defective parts without confirming why it happened. Transmission should be replaced due to defective transmission. Truck is still at dealership they still cannot figure out if the transmission needs to be replaced or what is wrong with it. It has been almost a month.
I’ve worked with Jay over the years and he is always professional and trustworthy. This experience was no different. Thank you!!
