My check engine light came on today. I thought everything was checked yesterday? Also, the oil was changed yesterday and my vehicle still says that it is past due. I will be taking it back in tomorrow.

Jay is very helpful and he's arguably the only service writer I've met in my life that doesn't disgust me. He didn't try and sell me on snake oil services that all dealerships (yes, Puente Hills included) these days seem to push at unknowing consumers who prey on the ill informed. He just took care of my car honestly and efficiently in an industry where customer service is an ancient form of art.
