my mother and I are extremely upset about the lack of communication your service advisor Tino demonstrated towards us. We had agreed on getting the Aircondition fixed and the crackling sound resolved. He specifically told us that the air condition was covered by the factory recall and the the “crackling” sound will go away since the issue was the carbon built up. When we picked up the car, the AC was not fixed and it turns out that the “crackling” sound still remains. We are completely upset that when we picked up the car, nothing was resolved. We were robbed. The “crackling” sound STILL remains, the AC does NOT work, and apparently there are 3 more issues that the car has. Tino told us to “google” what the following codes where: Airbag B1493, TMPS C1662, and TMPS C1313. After googling, it turns out that are issues with the tire pressure monitor and the airbags. None of these issues were NEVER brought to our attention if my mother and I wouldn’t have brought it up.

Tino attended to my car needs immediately and told me the estimated time as well. He came to the waiting and gave me an update and told me the mechanics were wrapping it up under the estimated time and all the paperwork ready for me to sign.
