Yes I was definitely satisfied with my service for my car as well as the customer service I receive from Javer and the whole team at the La Puente Dealer. This is my first experience purchasing a brand new car from the lot and paying these prices for maintenance on my car. I’m used to paying good mechanics or family mechanics who also do a good job however my plan is to keep everything within Hyundai. And I don’t mind as I am taking care of my car but it definitely helps when the customer service is taking care of me. I even experience better customer care from La Puente all around. I have taken my car at another Hyundai dealer who did treat me good and was amazed by Hyundai all together until one day I was so surprised to be treated like whatever that I left that dealer and drove all the way to La Puente. I’m truthfully happy and do appreciate your assistance and giving me a good satisfied experience in purchasing this car from you. Thank you again.
