There’s no way in hell you should charge people $92 for a cabin air filter. That type of predatory practice should be reported to the BBB for intentionally scamming your customers.

We keep our vehicle up to date all services. Was nice to see the service agent acknowledge that and not try to upsell any other unnecessary maintenance. She did offer a few items to consider in the next few services, but nothing needed immediately.
